Here are some skills I have acquired in the workplace and through self learning.
Great experience providing remote and on-site support. I am very experienced in using help desk software to prioritise my tickets and escalate tickets to the correct teams.
I have vast knowledge in supporting Windows PC's including Windows 7, 8 & 10. I have experience ranging from troubelshooting software and OS errors to resolving network issues.
I have experience configuring and deploying Apache2 & Nginx web servers as well as setting up TCP/HTTP load balancers via HAProxy to ensure high performance and redundancy is met.
I have excellent experience in supporting & maintaining servers including Windows Server 2003/2008R2/2012/2016/2019 and linux servers including Ubuntu Server & Debian.
I am currently learning Google Cloud and I am familair with the fundamentals, I am gaining more experience with this to acheive my GCP certification.
Hardware support experience including but not limited to hard drive/SSD replacements, RAM Upgardes, Graphics Card upgrades, Motherboard/CPU upgrades and more.
